Cite where SCOTUS has ruled all our drug laws are unconstitutional on these grounds.

You mean that same SCOTUS that gave us another UNconstitutional interepetation - Roe v. Wade. I guess the SCOTUS is only convienent when it interprets things "our" way. Perhaps you could do your own thinking on the subject.
