Back to my original point about the importance of individual choice in christianity as opposed to a groupthink, coercive collective model of islamAlright then.
I submit that the difference is due to the fact that Christianity is a religion, while Islam is a school of political (as in policy) thought claiming divine sanction. To allow Islam the mantle of religion is, I believe, an error.

Idlam is an ideology bent on worldwide domination masquerading as a religion, taking advantage of our freedoms to undermine us.
Muslims always claim its a way of life encompassing personal, societal and political spheres.
We discount their stated goals at our own risk.
