Secret Service Alert for Man with Explosivesby KYW's Al Novack Philadelphia Police have issued an alert for a man wanted by the US Secret Service who is reportedly headed for the nation's capital and the White House. Police, in a "general radio message," say the man is believed to be armed with explosives and traveling in an Enterprise rental car -- a 2001 Chevrolet Cavilier with Pennsylvania license tag number "DVT-0196." The suspect is identified as Jeffrey Clutier, who is thought to be wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and bedroom slippers. The Secret Service has told Philadelphia Police the man may be in the company of girlfriend and a brown dog. It's not known where the suspect was traveling from.
