Police in Philadelphia announced they are looking for a Chevy Cavalier, Enterpriise rental car, PA license plate DVT 1096, on its way to DC with explosives possibly in it. Man may be traveling with girl and dog.
Info came to police from the SECRET SERVICE. No other info yet. I will update as I hear anything on Fox.

Car has been found and is being searched. Suspect was indeed with a woman and a dog, and that is how they were found. Woman and man have been taken into custody.
I don't know what they did with the dog. Maybe the dog is an undercover agent.
