Police in Philadelphia announced they are looking for a Chevy Cavalier, Enterpriise rental car, PA license plate DVT 1096, on its way to DC with explosives possibly in it. Man may be traveling with girl and dog.

Info came to police from the SECRET SERVICE. No other info yet. I will update as I hear anything on Fox.

According to Philadelphia police inspector William Colarulo, the man being sought was last seen in the Delaware County community of Lester.

So far the Secret Service has been unavaialable for comment.

East Coast Agencies Search for Suspect

(KYW)-(PHILADELPHIA)-The Secret Service has issued an alert to all east coast law enforcement agencies asking them to be on the lookout for a man who is believed to be heading to the White House with explosives.

Investigative Reporter Walt Hunter has been told that Jeffrey Cloutier rented a white 2001 Chevy Cavalier with the Pennsylvania license plate of DVT-0196 from Enterprise Rental located just a mile from Philadelphia International Airport Wednesday morning.

However, he is not believed to have entered the airport area instead traveling south on I-95 towards Washington D.C.

The alert has been issued to all agencies between New Hampshire to Richmond, Virginia, for the man who may be traveling with a female friend, a dog, and an unspecified type or quantity of explosives.

Hunter reports Cloutier is not believed to have any links to terrorist organizations. Additionally, officials say, the suspect may have mental health problems and is likely wearing bedroom slippers.

If you have seen this vehicle or its occupants, call police immediately.

Yes, there standard line - as long as it is a single act, they refuse to call it what it may be. I would guess that if only one plane crashed into a building on 9-11, we would never be told it was a terrorist attack.
