I live in a decent neighborhood...not the best, by any means, but decent. There are white people, black people and Spanish people living in my neighborhood and going to my kids' schools.

Well, I can tell you, I have been looking for a job, now, for a few weeks. Believe it or not, I noticed there have been very few white people working where I have applied. I wish they could use some of that 'affirmative action' on me.
