Outstanding catch, Saber...Due Process has got to be applied equally to all or we're going to see a resurgence of insurgency from the Constitutionally Sensitive Persons of the Militias...I've been shown a hole in the appellate process in the other direction in the Fed Bankruptcy structure and It REEKS! Amazing the way 3/4 of the posts to this thread bash Bush, and by extension, Ashcroft, and the minority complains about Lieberman/Kennedy.
