HELLO. HELLO. Nope, nope, you did NOT read my posts. Or you would see that they ARE NOT anti-World Bank and IMF, just opposed to their policies and protesting those organizations because those organizations are NOT DOING ENOUGH in the opinion of the leftists. They want MORE globalization of stuff: like forgiveness of World Debt etc. etc. They just want to be in charge of the World Bank and the IMF basically.

Uh-uh, kind sir. You could *not* have read this thread carefully and considered the choice to be between anti-capitalists or the IMF/World Bank. That's a ridiculous false choice that is the one the leftists are trying to make you make. It's not the reality. Listen to us, not the leftist spin. We've done this every year, and very successfully. We've never come out looking pro-World Bank or IMF. Not once. Did you read THOSE posts?

So your question reveals that either you haven't read this thread carefully, or you just don't get. That's OK, I"m a patient person.

:::sigh:::

Resuming my seemingly *endless* duty of putting down these rumors. Very seriously considering grumbling to the original poster for not making this clear and purporting to speak re what we Freepers were going to be protesting and saying and wreaking all this confusion.

:::patrolling:::

The protestors think the IMF and the World Bank is a capitalist endeavor. According to the protestors agenda (per your long post) they believe these organizations will eventually take over the world by putting everyone in debt. The next question gets to the heart of the matter. Do you think the World Bank and the IMF is a capitalist endeavor? Do you think the people behind the World Bank are looking to take over the world and are looking to put everyone into debt? If so then you would have to agree with some of what the protesters are saying. It appears that the protestors do not fully understand the original American definition of the word capitalism, they only know the form that it holds via the Federal Reserve System, the IMF and the World Bank.
