The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is NOT a promoter of the miitary-industrial complex. If anything, it leans liberal.

Here is their web site: Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

I would say that an analyst for this organization would be far more interested in trying to hide chemical weapons production by Iraq if there were the slightest doubt.

Therefore, your little slam on this gentleman is misguided.

At some point we will be given the evidence (and I wouldn't be surprised if part of it comes when the President addresses the UN). I certainly hope that at that point you are finally convinced.

There is a real danger. I told you before that you are handicapped by not being here and if you were, you would have no doubt that this is a necessay action our nation will take.

Genuinely trying to compensate for that factor, Miss M. We don't have a TV, and I'm the only person I know who hasn't seen the planes hit the WTC. So the searing emotion of that footage hasn't burnt into my consciousness the way it has for many here. But I still think declaring war is something you do in the cold hard light of day, and only on rock-solid grounds. Regards, By.
