This is the flag. It traditionally is flown by the oldest active duty ship in the Fleet. I see it every day. It's currently flown by the USS Kitty Hawk stationed here in Yokosuka Japan. Prior to the Kitty Hawk it was flown onboard the USS Inedepndence also here in Yokosuka, my last ship.
