Yep Self help got out of hand in April 1861. However, it looks like that is what will have to happen, either that or die or worse.

Unfortunately it may come to that. I'd hate to see that though. For one amateurs on the border could end up shooting at people who are otherwise harmless people just coming out of desperation. I'd rather see other things ----like our government demanding that government make some overdo changes.
