I define "attack" to mean when the first massive and overwhelming air attack on Iraq begins.

This will probably be announced by President Bush when he addresses the nation to say that the attack on Iraq has begun.

I'm assuming that we will be starting off with a massive air attack, so I am referring to the starting time of this massive air attack as the official starting time of Gulf War II.

I can't honestly say that this is my first prediction, even though I didn't actually state a time (I agreed with your January 2, 2003 call made at the start of this thread), but I'll finally state my own time anyway.
