I bet 1st attacks will occur on March 1st, 2003. Reasoning has to do with the darkness of the moon phase. As for time - 8PM in Bagdad (11 AM CST - Chicago time).

Four predictions, four misses. I think we're close, though. I'll go with March 2nd, at 12:01 Bagdad time, for my fifth prediction. That will be the start of the air campaign. The ground attack will start less than a week later, perhaps as little as two days in the case of Basra.
