Just for fun, I'm going with the following prediction.

There will be no attack on Iraq by the U.S.

Saddam Hussein will be escorted out of the country by his own generals in exchange for immunity on February 7, 2003. The U.S. and U.N. member forces will jointly walk into Iraq and take over the government.
