After 9-11, I cried everytime I heard the National Anthem or saw a military salute to the flag. Does this mean I'm getting Old? (Started to say Heh Heh, but that's JustFranks lines). LOL
I have always been very patriotic but this year has affected me in more ways that I can express.

I am so glad you liked the finish product. Your words are so descriptive and moving. I would bet if you submitted this to a magazine, a Parenting magazine or a Christian magazine, it would get published.....It is wonderful on many different levels.
Oh and I do not know why you have been so reticient in the past to have your picture posted. You and your family are beautiful. And, yes, Eric is very handsome....

Actually, we discussed the fact that this was not a bad summer to have to miss the Indians games. :o\
He will miss seeing our beloved Browns, though, but will be home by the end of the season, to watch them in the playoffs!

Your warm graphic of thanks to ohioWfan almost made me cry...so very nice. I am sorry I used the boot camp graphic in one of my posts-hope it did not take away from your version of it.Not at all! I think it made it even better! LOL! When I did the 'thank you'[, I didn't know that you had used the graphic, but I'm glad you used it first!

Congratulations!
All is well here. A bit before dawn. LadyX is preparing for her morning lecture to the crew, something about maintain quiet hours and not throwing stuff off the stern, which usually causes to Fred to get overly grumpy. She will also explain why Kathy in Alaska fell overboard last evening. COB1 is on liberty, working on Chief's case and will hopefully join us in Wellington before we set sail for Australia. Scuttlebutt, razorback-bert, and beowolf are "lost" again, and JustAmy and ClaraSuzanne have been dispatched with the usual bail funds to find them. Larryjohnson has presented a grossly complex, mostly in English, and badly coffee stained (I hope that is coffee...) weather prediction for our sailing on 09/03 to Christchurch. Michigander reports there appears room in the dingy for a few more crew if anyone wants to apply to join us.
