Hi Dave, I'm gonna barbecue a couple of thick, fillet mignon steaks medium rare, this evening. I'll make big salad containing: lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, julienned baby carrots, mushrooms, green onions and avocado...

After a week or so of ODing on fish and seafood and chicken, we throw a chunk of beef on the old Weber. Then we enjoy it. Even when we visit the Oregon coast and eat more seafood than an Orca does, we know where the good hamburger places are or the good steak places.
