First let me say that I am in the music business, and I consider this thread cruel and unusual punishment.

Now:

I have one of those Nakamichi bedside alarms that will wake you up with a CD. I'll have you both know that for about three months, Shatner's "Transformed Man" CD was in it, and I woke up to "Mr. Tambourine Man" with a big smile every morning.

Nothing like it. I just wish I had a copy of him doing "I Wanna Sex You Up".

Freepathons are the only time Willa and I exchange cross words with each other. I love all you guys, but she rubs my back, kisses me on my bald head and on occasion even cooks me dinner. (Except during a Freepathon. I damn near starved to death during the last one.)

For what it's worth - which isn't much around here, I realize (LOL) - I don't think you're a "problem". I think you're a passionate guy who cares about his friends, and is unafraid to say so.

Sorry, no - I'm on the performance side. You know, the one where you have to load your gear in through the hotel kitchen and you get seventeen cocktail napkins a night with "TURN IT DOWN!!!" written on them. :)

(Not anymore, actually, but I've certainly paid my share of those dues! I do sessions now.)
