As a hardcore "old fogie" trekkie ... I hated "Voyeur" (what I called it). AND I especially hated the character "janeway" ... (I found the doctor pretty nauseating too). To me she was a stellar example of affirmative action and the "Peter Principle" taken to their logical conclusions. BUT I tried to convince myself that Kate Mulgrew was just playing a part and that she wasn't really like that in real life. I was mistaken .....
BTW ... I really like the new one except for the engineer character.
