I came upon this thread this morning and thought how kind it was to be acknowledged as a chapter for the opportunities we have had.

The truth is that as individuals we are Clark Kents, Lois Lanes, Jimmies & Homers. But thanks to Jim Robinson & FreeRepublic, together as the DC Chapter we get the chance to be Supermen, fighting for truth justice and the American way.

I know it's a goofy analogy but we just try to do the next right thing. Our strenth is truly derived from all FReepers everywhere.

As a DC Chapter member I can tell you we are honored to be in the company of the others you have honored here.

Finally I would like to relate to you that I think one of our proudest moments was the daily duty we pulled outside the Chinese Embassy during the time they held our EP3 airmen.
