The prototype is completed, and is about to undergo the usual trials and testing of its ruggedness, overseen by project officers who will soon retire and take lucrative positions with the contractor. But just as soon as they finish computing the cost overruns, and as soon as the first one's been delivered to Ahnulled Schwatzenegger, yours should be on the way. Though why you'd want one instead of a nice T80U is beyond me.
