Do you walk down a city street in the middle of the day? Well, if you do you inhale heavy metal particles from car and truck exhaust, you also inhale a larger volume of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and a slew of long chain hydrocarbons. As a matter of fact I can smoke a pack a day out here in the hills and will receive a great deal less in the way of pollutants then you will walking a couple of blocks in the city.
