Weel said. This bears repeating:

"Sustainable use" policy is simply a Leftist euphemism for having Americans reduced to a Third World standard of living.

Just like the plans they have for our politicial system. Despite all the pretty words to the contrary, they don't seek to bring themselves up to our standards of freedom (such as they are), they instead desire to drag us down to their level of totalitarian despotism.

You know, I am beginning to get the feeling that between the lowest common denominator policies of the UN, the threat of radical Islamists, the socialist ideas of US-based leftists/Democrats, the swarms of illegal immigrants, the herd mentality (90% voting block) of US minorities, the ever-expanding control of the federal government, etc., etc., that the good 'ol US of A faces some threats that we may not be able to talk our way out of.

What springs to mind here is that a smart politician could take this type of information and educate the soccer moms about the UN. People who scream about the Constitution don't come off well on television. They turn off far more people off than they convert.

But telling the average American that surrendering sovereignty to the UN means surrendering your house, and living in Soviet-style communal flats--that's something that the average person can relate to. Conceivably it could discredit UN takeover ambitions in America for decades.

Continuing the thought:

It wouldn't take much to link that word "sustainable" with the concept of "surrender your house" in the public mind.

Ever notice how the UN's ICC is so effectively going after
human rights violations like those of Robert Mugave in Zimbabwe? That tells me all I need to know about the agenda
of the UN.
GET US OUT OF THE UN

From the moment I saw the questions on the long form of the Census Survey........I threw our "survey" in the trash and my brother did likewise. I haven't heard of a single case of a liberal receiving this "survey" either.

I'll have to take your word on what was in those surveys. Mine got shredded without ever being read.

If its left up to them and the greenies we will revert back to the 1800's

well... guess what... that MIGHT be a good thing. 90% of the dipsh*ts out there wouldnt' be able to survive then. probably least of all the ones that have only lived on paved streets and don't know what the muzzle of a gun is. they couldnt' walk into a store and buy processed/butchered meat. they couldnt' grow their veggies for the winter. after a year of that we wouldn't have to put up with people telling us what we should do. those that survived would be hard people again. we had a lot more people who thought for themselves back in the 1800s, and did not follow the "herd" mentality.

oh wait.. .they did... they butchered the herd for food and milked it for dairy products.

Awww now, they've really got the community's "best interest" at heart with the plans for sustainable communities. It's development at it's best.
I mean, look at these carefully couched thought out words...
Sustainable Urban and Industrial Development
The conservation of environmental and natural resources is closely linked to maintaining the development in both urban and industrial context at a sustainable level. As is stated in Agenda 21 (Chapter 4):

Achieving the goals of environmental quality and sustainable development will require efficiency in production and changes in consumption patterns in order to emphasize optimization of resource use and minimization of waste. In many instances, this will require reorientation of existing production and consumption patterns that have developed in industrial societies and are in turn emulated in much of the world.

It seems to me that certain "industrial socities" (I'll insert America as that is how I read it, what with the "emulated" aspect) are going to have to be brought down a notch or two.
Oh yes, the UN has America's best interest at heart.

New electrical and mechanical systems must be installed for everything from air conditioning and heating to communications and data storage.

UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html:

Article 29. (1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.

(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations. What was that Orwell said about some pigs being more equal than others?

According to Henry Lamb's website on the TIMELINE TO GLOBAL GOVERNANCE (http://www.sovereignty.net/timeline.html) The Traitorous Entities known as the State Department and the U.S. Senate signed us on to this in 1945. Joan Veon claims it was at that point that we were put back under the British Monarchy.

U.S. State Dept. Notes on UN http://www.state.gov/www/background_notes/united_nations_0997_bgn.html

If I'm not mistaken, the commie Rockefeller family (MURDER BY INJECTION, CHAPTER 10, THE ROCKEFELLER SYNDICATE http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/emullins.htm ) donated the NY land.

Now this is a convoluted story second hand but from honest people who ought to know. It goes like this:

Dupont's patent on 'freon' was due to be up around 1987; they gave the Greens or the EPA or both lots of money to start the war on refrigerants...it worked; Dupont then bought up the patents on the new refrigerants R12, R22, R409 etc. Freon is still with us, but the cost is sky high.

Now for another view please go here: http://www.thenewamerican.com/tna/1994/vo10no23.htm

The EPA and the United Nations want to control YOU!

The Traitorous Entities known as the State Department and the U.S. Senate signed us on to this in 1945. Joan Veon claims it was at that point that we were put back under the British Monarchy.

Actually, some say it happened much earlier:

Extract from the 1916 Congressional Record Senate

Senator Owen: I wish to put in the Record the secret treaty of Verona of November 22, 1822, showing what this ancient conflict is between the rule of the few and the rule of the many. I wish to call the attention of the Senate to this treaty because it is the threat of this treaty which was the basis of the Monroe doctrine. It throws a powerful white light upon the conflict between monarchical government and government by the people. The Holy Alliance under the influence of Metternich, the Premier of Austria, in 1822, issued this remarkable secret document:

AMERICAN DIPLOMATIC CODE, 1778-1884 The undersigned, specially authorized to make some additions to the treaty of the Holy Alliance, after having exchanged their respective credentials, have agreed as follows:

ARTICLE 1. The high contracting powers, being convinced that the system of representative government is equally as incompatible with the monarchical principles as the maxim of the sovereignty of the people with the divine right, engage mutually, in the most solemn manner, to use all that their efforts to put an end to the system of representative governments, in whatever county it may exist in Europe, and to prevent it being introduced in those countries where it is not yet known.

ARTICLE 2. As it can not be doubted that the liberty of the press is the most powerful means used by the pretended supporters of the rights of nations to the detriment of those of princes, the high contracting parties promise reciprocally to adopt all proper measures to suppress it, not only in their own States but also in the rest of Europe..................... http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/verona.htm

Neo-British Empire of the Crown - 500 Year Chronology http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/update03.htm

Lyndon LaRouche has been saying this for years, I guess. I guess that's why they had to discredit him and put him in jail and all that. At least he hasn't fallen out of any tall buildings as of yet.

That's what all our military equipment and our individual gun ownership is for. There will be no talking if anything like "Agenda 21" is ever attempted to be forced on US citizens. The perpetrators will simply be killed with extreme prejudice. I even believe most of the armed forces would switch to the peoples' side and fight to destroy whatever entity was attempting to take away our sovereignty, even if the entity was the US government at a time when it was run by out-of-control RATS that made Clinton look like Calvin Coolidge. After all, it's an all-volunteer army, with soldiers who are paid so poorly that many of them have to go on food stamps.just to survive, and who swore to uphold the Constitution above all else. Why would any of them want to serve under a dictatorship?
