Inhofe sits on both the Senate Armed Services Committee, AND the Select Committe on Intelligence. In other words, he has access to a lot of sensitive material. This "leak" is definitely unethical, and, very possibly, illegal.

I say "fairly soon" when my mother asks when I'm going to visit her.
