The concept "rogue state" is highly nuanced. The U.S. does not fall into the category despite its terrorist attacks against Cuba for close to 40 years.

Cuba is not a rogue state, it is an American territory. Cuba will re-unite with us peacfully by 2003 or we will do it by force. It is our right and is an internal affair. The renegade islands' unlawful regime would be wise to abandon it's unlawful claim to power and start the democratic election process. One country. No two system rules applies.

If we are going to be called 'Rogue' we might as well start acting like one... :-)
