According to the Adjudication Officers here in the Phoenix district, that I have talked too, about 60% off this districts 245(i) applicants are foreign-born spouses.

Is that an off-the-cuff, ballpark figure, or a hard number?

Yes it is. I've been trying to get hard numbers, but nobody I've talked too knows the exact number.

I was told approximately 1/3. That's an off-the-cuff, ballpark figure also.
