Of course not. I look it as a "free-enterprise zone" type of concept. Take a sparse county, see if the locals will go along with the experiment. But I don't think it will ever fly.
But to think of a place where all the gripes you see on FR would have some resolution. Nice to "think" about.
If I get the impression that the project's leadership is capable and wise, I may give them a dollar or two.
