Even if you claim that "extemists" compose only a small percentage of Muslims, there are an estimated 1 Billion Muslims, even 1 percent or 10 million is too many. They refuse to deal with the problem, so let the US go in and do it for them, as we always seem to have to do in the end.

You'r right - even 1% of extremists among a billion is a percent too many. The real worry is what percntage of the remainder endorse or are sympathetic or tolerant?
