You misunderstand. I meant prior to getting a verdict this jury would either be hung or find for guilt. With a verdict, it's obviously not hung.

I agree... Although, I do disagree that because it took them this long that it either had to be hung or guilty... Just like Judge Napolitano just stated you can't predict.
