I base it on the procecution's inability to tell us how the girl was taken from the house. There was no physical evidence that Westerfield was in the house.
Also, the defense did a good job regarding the girls fingerprints in the RV, that she had to be alive to make them. I also think there is a trend of people wanting to blame the parents for their lifestyle with Jury nullification. All that, plus the fact that the jury was out so long, makes me think it's coming back Not guilty.

The defense seems a little short-sighted. Danielle could've easily been killed after she left fingerprints in the RV.
