If you've watched this trial closely and you're not guillible, you know he's guilty. You don't believe defense-paid experts about bug-eating corpses and such silliness.

Had the child pornography come from spam e-mail, etc., as you suggested, it would have been presented as evidence by the defense. There is a way to show how the pornography was loaded and it wasn't loaded onto his computer innocently through any of the methods you suggested. Go read the trial transcripts pertaining to this matter and you will see that your suggestion is wishful thinking on your part.

Well thank you for your very nice post! And thank you for your hard work in NY, especially against the beast! I've had to put my own activist activities on hold for a variety of reasons. Can't wait to get back into the "swing" of things again.

I have stuck to my guns in this case for numerous reasons. I have great empathy and sympathy for parents, [no matter how stupid the parents may be]...who have missing children or who child was found deceased.(I hate how ignorant the parents were about their extra curricular activities--but as I said a hundred times, predators will find a weakness and exploit it. DW found one..) Without going into details, I will say that I have filed a missing persons report before. I know the fear and horror of having a missing child. I would't wish it on my worst enemy.


I agree with you when you said "All families in this case are ruined"....and you know what? I believe the child porn and rape scenes are the nails in his coffin. I really do. If Feldman could have shown a witness who played with or saw danielle in the MH and if he didnt' have the child porn....it would have been more than likely acquittal..

Per testimony: Westerfield's motorhome was unlocked often. You think the neighborhood kids wouldn't check it out?

Testimony was that the motorhome was in storage the previous month. Was NOT in the neighborhood for weeks. They not only found her blood, handprint, fiber but the hair they found was of the same length of DVD hair which had been cut a week before

Wrong again. They found a hand print upside down by the headboard. Also they found fibers from that headboard imbedded in the top of her skull. Now what do you think was going on. Bury your head in this one!

It WAS a lot of screen imprints and e-mails and deleted items. I suggest you go back and re-read the testimony.

A good portion of it came from his son's hotmail account...from his son's computer.

Irrelevant...since they never proved WHEN Danielle was in the motorhome.

New facts usually cannot be presented in an appeal. If he failed to introduce evidence at trial, he will not be allowed to introduce it on appeal.

The careful followers of the trial had more info than the jury, and access to video replays and written transcipts -- save in one area -- the overwhelmingly prejudicial porn charges. No experts in psychology or criminal habits testified as to how porn is linked to murder. The porn was used to emotionally charge the jury, against the already massive barrage of media spin against Westerfield.

The porn charges -- especially sans experts to testify as to weight in motive -- should have been a seperate proceeding, and not in the murder trial.

But apparently you didn't watch the Computer expert's testimony. The man that testified what the files were, where they came from, and when they were last accessed.

NONONONONONO! He mean's Goff the innumerate bug expert from Hawaii who (after a quick math refresher) also came to the conclusion that Westerfield couldn't have disposed of the body.

And by the way, Nancy Grace is the Court TV wench that has been calling for Westerfield's head since the beginning of the trial.

The left ring and left middle finger tip prints were found on the side moulding of the side cabinet of the MH bed...the horizontal cabinet over the entire length of the bed was not even dusted until 2 months later....none of Danielle's prints were found there.

There was no hair from Danielle found on the fabric headboard or any where else in the MH besides the 1 hair in sink drain trap, along with other blonde hair, not Danielle's.

The MH was in the neighborhood unlocked from 11/2000 until 11/2001.

Danielle's body and hair had multicolored fibers all over it that were not found in DW's environment anywhere...the red fibers found in her fingernails was also not found anywhere in DWs environment.

The 7cm coarse dark hair found under her body was never run thru the offender's database after DW was excluded.
