It was a phoney act and totally transparent. I don't think it was an act because of the taboo words he used. I think he genuinely went NUTS!

Carville has always struck me as coco loco.

Well darn, now George Carlin will have to rewrite the 5 things you can't say on tv.

I didn't see it, but I postulated on the other thread that it might have been orchestrated -- it's an easy way for him to get out of his contract at CNN.

Carville is an old Marine. He is also in the Clinton Clan.
He is married to a GW Bush supporter and a Dick Cheney staffer. Living off a paycheck from Bush/Cheney while ranting for Democrats must be a tough gig. He was also leased out to the Israeli's for their election while doing Clintons bidding. The guy must be nothing but stewed brains. Imagine having your checking account stuffed each week by a Cheney staffer wife and trying to be a Crossfire
goof? Bring back Buchanan, Mary and anyone else. This bunch sucks.

Jimer is right, it was an act. He did it playing to the leftie brats at the university who always give Begala and him a round of applause everytime they go on a Marxist rant.
Notice the first comment from the audience was in support of Carville and he got another round of applause.
Carville and Begala have started playing to the kids now and are getting more outrageous every week. I just don't understand why the woman (who was very calm and reasonable) stayed. But then, I don't understand why any conservative even goes on that turd of a show.
Carville went nuts, something like tonight when he was on Meet the Press. Mary just rolled her eyes and told him to shut up. He screamed and spit and called Ken Starr a sexual pervert, religious fanatic, then he declared "WAR!!!' on him. It's a performance. Which is not to say he isn't insane.
