I'm sure GWB is disappointed also. It's probably hard to find an open borders liberal with management skills.

I hope he does. I also hope he fires every INS employee especially field agents and the border patrol. Hell if the man is going to be painted with your smear brush he might as well do something to deserve it. You would then have the time to write your tell all book.

Case in point; Illinois RINOs are probably in for a big surprise this November.

Yep, you got it Barnacle.

The Republican Party has drifted way to the left from where it was even 10 years ago. These days it is getting harder and harder to tell the 2 parties apart. Both parties what to keep our borders open to the world no matter the consequences, push one-way Trade Deals that ship our jobs overseas and continually increase the size and scope of government. I mean just exactly what does the Republican Party stand for today other than splitting the difference with the democrat’s socialist agenda?

If the republican party thinks it can win without strong grassroots conservative support they have a rude awakening in store for them. I for one will no longer vote for the lesser of two evils because all this does is keep the RINOs and Neo-Cons firmly in control of the party. If a milk toast RINO or Neo-Con loses to a liberal democrat--So What? What's the difference? The only difference I see is that the republicans are offering a slower trip on the road to ruin than the democrats.

If I'm going to be screwed by a politician, I'd rather it was done by an avowed enemy than someone masquerading as my friend.

Right On. These days I feel there is no one in Washington looking out for the interests of the American People. The republican party I knew died a long time ago.
