You made some good points here. I was like you, writing off others as wobbly or jumping off the boat, now I am seeing some sense in what Hack is saying. I also agree that every measure that is taken draws the ACLU and their fellow travellers out from underneath their rocks and we get something resembling the Rape-a-nations rally we saw in DC this past Saturday.
