Our "current" Pope is on record as being against anyone or any system that promises "freedom" absent "Truth".If you read his encyclical "Centissimus Annos",you will find he is not against capitalism but does have some cautions about the driving forces behind it.Then if you read "Veritatis Splendor" you will better understand why.
