If true the Houston police department will be paying this guy and his 10 yeard old through the nose for many years.

Why in the heck was she separated from her father after midnight in the vicinity of hundreds of other teenagers???? He is lucky not to be up on neglect charges.

From the article it looks like they emptied the Sonic and arrested anyone who was inside.

The kid could have just been in the bathroom for all we know.
