Good Morning... I am a bit bummed this a.m. as the Calendar I usually post to you two is not "up" yet. I miss it...

Billie, thank you for making my baby logo into that beautiful pledge. It is very special and just lovely....Mama_Bear: Sorry I was not around much this weekend. I was not "playing" on another thread (well, maybe for just a little while on Meek's Elvis thread, lol...) but was actually very busy. I did peek in from time to time and especially enjoyed your comments about Dennis Hastert being in your town.

Yeah, where IS the calendar? I always look forward to seeing what the new day is about.

You're welcome for the pledge thingie - we can do the pledge with just about any graphic, and it's still beautiful, isn't it?!

Thanks. My husband was sure pumped up after his discussion with the Speaker about FR and our "Support our Troops" rallies. It is so nice to know that he knows about FreeRepublic and appreciates what we do here.

For those who did not see my post this weekend, Speaker of the House, J. Dennis Hastert, came to a fund raiser Saturday for our Republican Congressional nominee, Devin Nunes. We are sorry to lose Bill Thomas as our Congressman, he has been our representative for many years, but we are looking forward to our "hometown boy" Devin taking over the reins. We are in a heavily Republican district (thank God), so Devin's election is a sure thing.

This is hubby, jkphoto (center), with Dennis Hastert and Devin Nunes.
