I find it kind of hard to believe the bust of the whole group was decided on only that night. What did the PD plan on doing anyhow in the event that they found none of the dreaded drag racing that they were all wound up to SWAT? Just pass out a few tickets and go home? Fat chance.

The City of Houston's juvenile curfew ordinance prohibits minors (17 and younger) from being out without reason from midnight to 6 a.m. on ANY day of the week. Unconstitutional.

The ordinance also exempts from police harrassment those minors out with their parents or legal guardians. But he forgot to post that part.
