I know that the dems are up to their asses in Enron too but Lay is Bush's buddy. It's very bad for Bush if Lay is not prosecuted. I can just see the democratic campain comercials now.

Bush is in beep doo doo if his buddies aren't prosecuted every bit as much or more than the guys that aren't as connected to the White House.

Maybe you can post a link showing your perceived relationship Lay has/had with Bush.

The links and cozy relationships Enron has had with Clinton and the Democrats are numerous, and suspicious with many examples of quid pro quo payments from both Enron and the paybacks from the countries extorted by the Clintonistas. It is far easier to show the Clintonistas laundering taxpayer money through foreign countries that dealt with Enron.

When Enron/Lay asked the Bush administration to provide loan guarantees last fall, Bush et al, told them to pound salt.

The final proof of the deep and wide Democrat connection to Enron is the feet-dragging beign done by the Dims on the "investigation". You know if the Dims had even a shred of evidence on Bush they would be trumpeting it out loud, because as it stands right now, they don't have even a single election issue, and will have to manufacture some lies for this fall.
