The problem is the punishment doesn't fit the crime, if she in fact broke the law. At most she saved about $34,000. I don't know if it's a Republican vendetta, but it sure looks like she's being setup as a scapegoat by the government.

Seriously, it's likely that it was the flying monkees that they used in the wizard of Oz movie. I'd bet that's the deal.
