Gee, isn't feminism great..here we have Tom Wolfe's book "Bonfire of the Vanities" being played out on the live stage with a gender change for the main character!

It's better live than it was in his book.

You're right about Bonfire of the Vanities. Lots of coverage of this story in the papers. But I don't think anybody (up until now) has seen it as a racist or a religious thing. Just another spoiled brat.
