Well, the *relatively safe neighborhood* info from the APB online breakdown of crime statistics in particular locales by zipcodes- though as you point out, the whole neighborhood is not the problem, just that one chunk of it.

The Northside of Pittsburgh experienced a horrendous case a few years ago. Two pizza delivery drivers were attacked and shot when they delivered, as a team, a pizza to a private home in a predominantly black area. The one guy died, the other crawled down the road to the Post Office. bleeding all over the road. This Post Office was open all night and the guards called police and paramedics.

The result is, pizza places and delis won't deliver to private residences on the North Side, only to places of business. In the neighboring community, Bellevue/Avalon, private deliveries to homes are still made. That area is a mixed neighborhood but majority white.

Hey, the nanny state liberals are all aflutter about the suuposed "obesity epidemic" to the degree where they insist that only authoritarian limits to our dietary choices will prevent us from ignorantly making the "wrong" choices. Pizza Hut can just claim that they were concerned about rates of obesity and coronary disease among the Black community and were just implementing the left's anti-choice agenda!
