Right now we are giving them like 25 billion a year in aid for reform. Do you have sources for this claim? I am sorry to be blunt, but it is a complete baloney. And your nose is getting longer.

I'd say 25 billion from 1992-Now might be realistic (not sure though), and that is accounting for all types of "reform".
