Does it also include recent black immigrants who were never slaves in this country? You gotta wonder how they would be able to determine who would get paid on the remote chance this actually ever does get off the ground.

Good point. Tiger woods is half Asain and his dad is probably of mixed race as well. But these people claim Tiger is a black man. And Halle Bari (sp?) is a 'black' woman. I'm sure they will make sure tiger and Halle will get their full share .... oppressed as they are.
