And what if they were ultimately successful in extorting the money for every living black in America?

When they see how small their "share" truly is, do the millitant mouthy ones start going out and killing the weaker ones & the "Uncle Tom's" to thin out the recipients so their share goes up?

Lawless is lawless, plain & simple. Too bad they don't get their eleven digit numbers stamped on prison gray shirts until they actually DO something as threatened.
