I have one question. Would a one-time reparations payment settle this once and for all? Would they stop calling whites racist every time they got a chance and stop moaning and groaning about inequality? Can we do away with all racial based quotas and handouts? Will it end this back-biting from the time of the payment on out? If not, then there is no reason for any serious consideration of their issues at all.

Not to mention that nobody gives a crap.

You have a motley collection of racists, a few marginal politicians, and people with a sense of worthlessness trying to convince themselves they're being heard and have the IMPORTANT proposal of the millenium.
