You are assuming I was assuming whatever it is you were thinking [Feeling?] when you typed the nonsense I have quoted here.

I was observing [That means, "Reporting," if you are FRom Yorba Lynda] your having stated that "they" could/would "fly the plane" they were taking over while it was parked at the gate, "into whatever."

However, having been a Professional Aviator, including, variously, line pilot, Check and Training Captain, Chief Pilot, Operations Director and Fleet Owner, these past 40 years or so, I can attest that, these days, many [So called] "trained 'pilots'" -- just as you have assumed -- "don't know how to fly a plane."
