Gee, you'd think they'd want to talk to the press, given that the primary's a few days away. I suppose they're far too busy with plans for Farrakhan's visit to talk to the AJC.

Hope these people are checking out the funding from committees, too, not just individuals. I think a lot of it may be going through the committees now.
My rather cursory searches using the above sites reveals and awful lot ( take that any way you care to interpert it! ) of large corporate donors, foundations, and fat cats of all stripes.
SuzanneC, all these last minute revelations, the bad publicity, scare me. Cynthia, Daddy, their thugs, the walking-round money, outside pressure on voters...no telling what will go down in order to save her seat.
With the DNC, mainstream democrats and the media going against Cynthia, (finally), she's on her own. Look for broken voting machines in precincts unfriendly to McKinney. Look for anything suspicious that will prove advantageous to McKinney, and have you noticed the high number of McKinney ads all over local tv? They are nasty to the max, but all of them contain the same false allegations McKinney put out in the debate...I'm betting they hurt McKinney at this point, more than they hurt the Judge.
I've noticed. There's quite some irony in Cynthia painting herself as the candidate who's "lily white."
If they were returned, here's what their response would be:
"I do not profile my contributors. I accept funds from terrorists of all skin colors and nationalities."
Not a clue that this company is owned and run by middle easterns. Check em out on the web.
For folks from other parts of the country, chicken growing and processing is big business and has a long history in North Georgia. Reading Mar Jac's homepage, you'd think it's just another good ole mountain boy operation that's been around forever.
But let me make y'all feel better. You know my word is my bond, right? That I don't overstate or repeat rumor, just the facts mam. Right after 9-11, the feds moved in on Mar Jac and took computers, records, documents, the works, so while this middle eastern - chicken plant - Cynthia McKinney connection is news to me, it's not news to the feds. I feel better already.
I mean, if the FBI was hot on the trail of this one company, up in the foothills of north Georgia, I have to think they were all over the country doing the same kind of work.
Now here comes my speculation: It's all coming out now in the AJC (and elsewhere), to affect McKinney's primary race. No wonder Jesse's complaining the DNC and Democrat congress critters aren't down here stumping for Cindy? Mainstream democrats have thrown McKinney overboard...glub glub....but we still have to worry about desperation tactics and illegal activity at the polls. Cynthia's not going to go down easy...daddy will see to it.
