It is all good for woman's lib, but it is back to beatings and raping when the Pave Hawk gets shot down in one of those friendly Geneva Convention honoring countries.

You know the risk going in. She has decided that she is willing to take it. Could you? Will you take her place?

If the worse should happen to her what will you say? What would you say if it happened to her fellow male airmen?

What do you say about the American pilots who were disemboweled by Japanese school children?

Bad things happen in war. But for you to write off this brave woman's service to her country as just “good for women’s lib” that is unworthy of someone who calls themselves Patriot.

Pre-9/11, I would have said that women don't belong in combat (or combat support) units. Since then I've had a change of heart. I still have concerns about the physical requirements and unit cohesion, but ANY American who's willing to take the oath, put on the uniform and back it up with their life deserves all the support the rest of us can muster.
