If we get enough momentum on this that Michelle finds it necessary to decline, we'll have been a smashing success.

It will have raised her profile and our issue, and would lead to her name being considered for INS Chief in the future.

She can always pull a Sherman but if we wait around for volunteers they will have someone else pick and on the job before we get organized. Think of it more as a draft. :^)

But I do know that she has at least one young child. Being a columnist is something you can do from home. This job is not.
