Yes they can and do. They can also bash the Catholic church as you did when you said, "Just remember what's going on in confessionals and behind closed doors in the Catholic church is not exactly pious and respectful."

Since when is telling the truth called bashing. Is what went on a lie? Am I exaggerating? Do you think we should all bury our heads in the sand like Cardinal Law?

I think the idea might be that the incident described in this article should not be a jumping-off point to launch into a critique of the Church. Your having done just that, coupled with the fact that you described the the incident in the article as "funny", would make me surprised if anyone concluded that your agenda wasn't Catholic bashing.

When one does it to agitate others it is bashing. You do not seek to fruther the discussion on this topic but only to make your cute witicisms on the Catholic church.

BTW you first said you were raised Catholic (like you are not anymore) then later you said you were Catholic. Will you be the Pope next?
